What is Sex Therapy and How Can It Help Me?

Sex therapy is just like any other kind of therapy. We first begin with a phone call to talk about your concerns and then schedule an appointment with yourself and/or your partner. During a therapeutic session we discuss your concerns, how it's affecting you and others in your life. We come up with goals and an action plan together during your sessions.

During a therapy session there is never any physical contact or nudity, between therapist and client or between the clients.

Homework is often assigned to practice alone or with a partner during the week between sessions.

All therapy sessions are confidential unless a child or other person is at risk.  All sessions are supportive and encouraging in a safe environment to promote positive change.
